Who would have thought that it's absolutely easy to make a
cake with no guilt? The reason why is because it's made from unusual
ingredients. Black Beans! And what's even better about it is the fact that it
doesn't have any flour and only limited amount of calories in comparison with
other cakes.
Ingredients:
2 cans of
black beans
3 eggs
1 cup of
brown sugar
6ts of
coconut oil
6ts of cocoa
powder
1ts of
cinnamon
Baking soda
Preparation:
Preheat the
own on 200 degrees. In small bowl, mix cocoa powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
In bigger one, blend eggs, coconut oil and sugar ‘till it’s smooth. Add beans
(wash them out before using) and continutie until you get a perfect
consistence. Finally combine it with cocoa mix you have initially prepared.
Fill in a
cake form and bake for the next 40-50 minutes.
