I've been trying to make a perfect bread since summer but never manager to get one which had crusty crunch and was soft from inside....well until yesterday :)
I will share with you a wonderful recipe for homemade spell bread
400grams of spell flour
1ts sugar (i used a brown one)
1ts salt
500grams of yoghurt, for better consistence use a Greek one
1ts baking powder
mix the non liquid ingredients such as flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in one bowl
add yoghurt and use fork to match the ingredients together.
don't make the dough to well cause it wont raise, also don't leave in for 30 minutes to raise
Preheat the over on 190 degrees, use baking tray with baking paper and place the dough on it
spread 1ts of spell flour on the top and bake for about 50 minutes
It came out wonderfully crusty and soft
Let me know how your one worked out :)
Looking forward to it

Today, I'm gonna share with you guys my first raw recipe. I must be honest, I was quite skeptical when I've started it. But it turned out to be pretty good
as you may already know I'm a huge pasta lover so what else could this be then a recipe for raw pasta
you'll need:
2 zucchini
tomatoes
olive
basil
sunflower seeds
use cleaner for carrot or potatoes to shred the zucchini into "tagliatelle" style pasta. Cut tomatoes, olives and spread the olive oil, add basil and throw it over the shredded zucchini. Serve with sunflower seeds or other to replace cheese factor
Ready in less than 5 minutes, costs less than 2 EUR.

Who would have thought that it's absolutely easy to make a
cake with no guilt? The reason why is because it's made from unusual
ingredients. Black Beans! And what's even better about it is the fact that it
doesn't have any flour and only limited amount of calories in comparison with
other cakes.
