here are some delicious, easy and healthy recipes for pasta
white pasta can be easily replaced by wholegrain, spell or buckwheat one

1. spaghetti with prawns
fry onion and garlic, add prawns, let it cook for 5 minutes
in meantime, boil spaghetti, add them to the pan, mix together and add seasoning





2. tagliatelle with prawns
fry fresh basil on olive oil, add prawns, mix with boiled tagliatelle and tomato pure/sauce and rocket
