great idea for easy spring salad, you'll need baby spinach, cottage cheese, fresh tomatoes, seeds

mix rocket, tomatoes, tuna and olives, spread some seeds and cover with olive oil. I've tried a specialty - spell bread roll with olives and sundries tomatoes (to make a dough use 150 g spell flour, olives, sundries tomatoes, 1 tb spoon salt and 1tb baking powder, place in oven on 190 for 50 minutes)


mix iceberg, roasted chicken, add peeled avocado, grilled zucchini and dried almond and cover with hemp oil which gives it a nice flavor of nuts.



mix rocket, spinach, iceberg or whatever you prefer, add grapes or olives depending on your taste, sundries tomatoes , shred few radish, spread with sunflowers seeds and walnuts and place goat cheese on the top. cover with olive oil



mix rocket, sundries tomatoes and black olives, spread sunflower and sesame seeds and cover with olive oil
